Goals: Necessary to achieve your dreams All (or most) have dreams we want to achieve, what our lives would be awesome. But the reasons why not everyone can do it? It's a good question. I've done to me many times because I've lived. So I've been researching the topic both readings and lectures.
I'm no expert, but I learned enough to realize my mistakes and start correcting them. Currently I have undertaken new things in my life I want to achieve and thank God everything is fine. I know I will succeed!
But what must we do to achieve our dreams? Very simple, it boils down to one word: Goals.
Goals are the engine that moves us to action. Without them it is impossible for us to achieve anything in life. Having goals keeps us focused, compliance every day brings us closer to what we want to achieve. Therefore I share the following.
What is needed to meet the goals?
1) Write your goals . And if possible have them in a place where we see every day, this is extremely vital because it keeps us focused. 2) Determine your strengths and weaknesses . Make a list of the strengths we have and allow us to meet the goals, but is also vital to know that we have weaknesses that could compromise our dreams. The weaknesses into strengths you make through knowledge.
For example, if you develop a retail business over the internet: internet find, manage the messenger, have knowledge of sales, neuro, etc., Would be your strengths. On the contrary if you handle it can affect your performance, so you have to make the decision to learn them.
3) Set a deadline to achieve . not the same thing that I want a house that I want a house for July 2010. Be included even more specific, for the July 10, 2010. The more specific you are more one struggles to achieve.
4) Develop a plan or strategy . should create a plan of action to follow to achieve the goals, this step is important because we can not improvise every day, we must be very clear what we are doing. Example: If a person wants to lose 30 kilos, you should design that will make each day to be losing their excess weight gradually:
- Go to the gym x days a week
- Establish a daily food menu before starting
- cadi day Going for a walk 1 hour, etc..
5) The goals do not change, you change the plan of action . Point also important because many people tend to abandon their dreams because they can not meet one or more shares of its plan. Well I say that you should not abandon the goals we just have to change our strategies.
In the above example, if a person goes for a walk 1 hour a day to lose weight, but in his city have predicted rain or snow in the week, then it means they will not walk at that time? No. You should switch to another strategy, or say go to the gym longer than usual or you can buy a DVD of exercises or dances to practice at home, buy a spinning machine, orbitreck, etc., But must never abandon.
